Senior lacrosse is back

After way too long a hiatus, Senior Lacrosse in back in Manitoba. The Falcons Senior Box Lacrosse league has been operating over the past month with four teams and over 70 registered players. Players range in age from 17 to 62 years of age. The game is quick and skillful featuring many of the best lacrosse players that Manitoba has produced over the past 25 years. Virtually all the players have represented Manitoba at inter-provincial competitions, with many playing Junior A in British Columbia or Ontario. As well many of the players have played college lacrosse in the United States. The number of college players will increase when players currently playing south of the border complete their schooling next month. Games are every Wednesday at 7:00 and 8:30 at the Maples Arena.
